'Fitness Finesse | Big and Bold Back and Biceps Workout'

'Tips: 1. Full Range of Motion (to YOUR fullest extent) 2. Slow and Controlled on the negatives, EXPLODE on the positives. 3. Rest 45-60 Sec. Use a timer phone-app.  Back: 1. Wide-grip Pull Ups - Good compound exercise to widen the lats. I usually think of this first exercise as a warm-up to get the blood flowing. Think about pulling with your elbows so you can isolate your back and put your thumbs next to your other fingers so you can utilize less of the biceps 2. T-bar Row - My all-time favorite rowing exercise to thicken the back. Think about pulling the bar outwards as you pull in, this allows you to utilize your lats even more. Don\'t be afraid to go heavy! 3. One Arm Cable Row - Best finisher for the lats. Go all the way forward and pull all the way back to fully stretch out the lats.  Biceps: 1. Bentover Curls - This is my favorite exercise to overwork the peak of the biceps. Bending over changes the center of gravity, therefore working the contracted position more. Go all the way down and fully contract as you come up. 2. Cable Curls - Pretty neat cable exercise to finish off the biceps and get that sexy-ass peak. Lean back and bring your elbows behind your head, this angle will cause the biceps to contract even more.'
